KVTC-CERT concentrates on investigation of the information security incidents, their coordination and prevention. Various log reviews is essential task of KVTC-CERT when incidents occur. Awareness and communication regarding information security incidents, software and hardware system vulnerabilities and general information of security trends are KVTC-CERT daily basis activity. Currently CERT team provides following reactive services: - Incident response, - incident response coordination, - incident response support, - monitoring of security tools. As well as security quality management services: - business continuity and disaster recovery planning, - risk analysis and security consulting. KVTC-CERT responses to the incidents of the Lithuanian state's institutions and municipalities. Governmental computer systems and critical infrastructure - priority concerning incident handling.
