CERT-SE is the national CERT of Sweden, a GovCERT with additional target groups outside the government organisation. As such, CERT-SE assumes an overall resonsibility for the .se domain, although no formal responsibility is transferred to CERT-SE e.g. from ISPs providing .se services. CERT-SE does not take over any existing IRT activities or roles within any part of the constituency. Furthermore, the networks concerned when private companies experience incidents are not owned or operated by the organisation CERT-SE is part of. With current and foreseen report volumes, CERT-SE does provide, for each individual report, response and action in accordance with the assignment given by the government. It is not possible to delimit or describe the constituency by stating a certain domain or a certain AS. Most of the constituency will end with .se, but other domains such as .nu, .com and .org are quite common for many organisations even if the organisation is Swedish, all operations are within Sweden and all users / customers are in Sweden.
