Information about the election processs will be sent to voting team representatives directly via e-mail if you are eligible to vote. The voting representatives MUST have a valid TI user certificate to be able to vote. Only one vote per team will be accepted, but teams can change their vote until the voting period ends – team representatives can check their voter status with Trusted Introducer.
There are two elections - SC chair first - therefore two independent votes will be taken in September. It is not necessary, that the voting representative participating in the first vote (SC chair) is the same that participates in the second vote (SC).
As a reminder, only TI Accredited or TI Certified teams are eligible to vote in elections. The election rules can be found in the TF-CSIRT House Rules.
Information about each of the candidates (ordered alphabetically by last name) is included below to help you with voting.
We currently have two candidates for the TF-CSIRT Steering Committee Chair position. Teams can still nominate candidates for this position.

Over two decades ago, I stepped into the world of incident response, and I’ve never left.
My journey has taken me deep into the Swedish telecom and financial sectors, where quick action, trust, and collaboration are absolutely essential.
TF-CSIRT has been an important part of that journey for me.
Having served for eight years on the TF-CSIRT Steering Committee, I’ve not only seen how our community has grown — but have been actively involved in shaping its structure, values, and direction into what it is today, with a good sense of how far we've come and how much more we can still achieve together.
I deeply value the openness and collaboration this network is built on but I also know that leadership here isn’t just about values and good intentions.
It’s about balancing inclusion with clarity, listening while still leading, and making sure we stay both technically strong and strategically relevant in today’s complex and rapidly shifting landscape.
If elected, I’ll focus on ensuring that TF-CSIRT remains practical, trusted, and useful for both new teams and more mature ones.
I’ll work to strengthen the connections that matter, both within Europe and across the global community. At the same time, keeping our direction clear, our voice strong, and our day-to-day work both realistic and well-supported will remain a key priority.
Thank you for your trust so far. I’d be honored to serve this community in a new role, while always with the same mindset: grounded in experience, driven by service, and committed to what TF-CSIRT stands for.
All the best

Nearly ten years ago I became involved in cybersecurity, inspired by the mission to make the online world safer.
My journey began with the Safer Internet project and continued as I expanded my knowledge through studies focused on cyber threats and the risks of data leaks within organizations.
About three years ago I joined the national CSIRT team, where I have been continuously strengthening this knowledge. You as community elected me to serve on the TF-CSIRT Steering Committee since 2023. With all those years of experience in organizing community events, advocating for shared values and being on the SC, I am ready to represent our network as Steering Committee Chair.
I aim for participative leadership, inclusive collaboration and practical support for cyber security teams across Europe. At the same time, I am confident in making important decisions when needed and in taking full responsibility for their outcomes.
My commitment goes beyond strengthening TF-CSIRT internally, and it also means fostering meaningful global cooperation so that together we can respond more effectively to both current and emerging threats.
