Information about the election processs will be sent to voting team representatives directly via e-mail if you are eligible to vote. The voting representatives MUST have a valid TI user certificate to be able to vote. Only one vote per team will be accepted, but teams can change their vote until the voting period ends – team representatives can check their voter status with Trusted Introducer.
As a reminder, only TI Accredited or TI Certified teams are eligible to vote in elections. The election rules can be found in the TF-CSIRT House Rules.

Andrei Avădănei
Andrei Avădănei is the founder and CEO of Bit Sentinel, the Bucharest-based cybersecurity company he started in 2015 and grew into an end-to-end partner for organizations across Romania and Europe — penetration testing and red teaming, 24/7 managed detection and response through its BSS-CERT team, incident response and forensics, threat intelligence, and compliance advisory covering NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, PCI DSS and GDPR. With more than 15 years in the field and OSCP, OSCE and CISA certifications, he is among the most credentialed offensive security practitioners in Central and Eastern Europe, and one of Romania's most frequently quoted voices on cyber risk in national media.
Beyond the company, Andrei has spent his career building the infrastructure the regional security community runs on. He founded DefCamp in 2011 and turned it into the largest cybersecurity and hacking conference in Central and Eastern Europe — more than 17,000 participants across 15 editions, a Hacking Village that draws over 1,000 competitors from 60+ countries a year, and the first European member of the Global Cybersecurity Camp. He is co-founder and CTO of CyberEDU, a cyber-range-as-a-service platform now used by 35,000+ people in 45+ countries, with 650+ hands-on labs aligned to MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, OWASP and CWE, and president of CCSIR, the independent research non-profit he established in 2013. Through UNbreakable Romania, co-founded in 2020, he has brought practical cybersecurity education to over 6,000 students across 150+ high schools and 20+ universities. He was recognized in Forbes 30 Under 30 and in New Europe 100 — Google and the Financial Times' list of the brightest minds in Central and Eastern Europe — and served on the counsellor committee of GovITHub, advising the Romanian government on national IT strategy and digitalization.

Dana Ludviga
Dana Ludviga holds an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Latvia and works as a cybersecurity incident analyst at CERT.LV, Latvia’s national and governmental CSIRT. In this role, she coordinates engagement with international stakeholders and represents CERT.LV at both national and global events.
Before joining CERT.LV, Dana managed projects at the .LV registry NIC.LV, focusing on domain name security. She also served as co-chair of the CENTR Marketing Working Group, fostering collaboration among European registries to strengthen and grow the domain industry. Earlier in her career, she contributed to IT research at the University of Latvia, including large-scale EU-funded network development projects.
Dana is also a member of the program committee for the Baltics’ largest cybersecurity conference, CyberChess. She combines a researcher’s curiosity with a project manager’s precision and an analyst’s vigilance. Dana believes that digital security goes beyond tools and technologies - it is a shared responsibility of both individuals and organizations.
Dana had the privilege of serving for one year as a Steering Committee member of TF-CSIRT, and she would be delighted to continue serving on the SC and contributing to the wider CSIRT community.
