Pre-meeting Training
Pre-meeting training will take place at the C3 Offices, 16 Boulevard d’Avranches L-1160 Luxembourg.
Accommodation
Please note the DEADLINES for booking at special rates: 26 March for IBIS and 14 April for Acacias.
A pre-booking is made at Ibis Hotel in Belval.
It is 5 minutes walking distance from the train station and from the meeting venue. The rates are 115 euros per night for one person and 130 euros per night for 2 persons, including buffet breakfast. Please use booking form IBIS 2019 for reservations. Book before 26 March!
Another convenient option is Hotel Acacia (10 Rue de la Libération, 4210 Esch-sur-Alzette), located near the train station of Esch-sur-Alzette.
Single standard rooms are 68 euros per night including breakfast and Single comfort rooms for 80 euros per night including breakfast.
No booking form is needed, just mention RESTENA when booking. Book before 14 April!
